Services offered and conditions for rental the apartments of Villa Rosa in Cala Gonone or Villa Rosetta in Dorgali:

• Pets allowed only upon prior request of the tenant and possible consent from the Management;
• Consumption of electricity, water, gas, included in the price;
• Municipal solid waste tax included in the price;
• Minimum rental period 7 nights (which in exceptional cases can be reduced to 5 nights);
• Deposit variable but generally equal to approximately 20% of the total amount;
• Tourist tax, not included in the price, equal to € 1.50 / night for each person over the age of 14;
